About the event
This is a morning of connection, community, and exploration, for students who are new to Embodiment Yoga and those who are curious about becoming a student. During this exploration, we invite you to experience the beauty of coming home to your body and being held in a meaningful community.
Over the course of the morning, you will experience meaningful connection, an Embodiment Yoga Practice, and have time to ask questions about Embodiment Yoga. Graduates from Mandorla programs will be in attendance at the session and you are welcome to direct your questions to them.
